SIGNAL HILL

Fembody Fitness Signal Hill is our second location which opened in 2012.
Our "SH" studio offers Pole Classes, Aerial Silks, Hammock, & Hoop, Flexibility, Burlesque, and Barre Fitness classes.
The SH studio boasts a reception area, lounge, 2 bathrooms, Pole/Aerial Studio, Barre Studio and Dance Loft.
SH houses (9) 45mm and (1) 50mm Platinum Stages Competition Grade Poles up to 18' high and 10 Aerial Points
We are located just off the 405 freeway between Cherry and Lakewood. Parking is onsite, plentiful and free!
Fembody is known for our "non-intimidating"and inclusive community of students who are all supportive and welcoming.
Our instructors are friendly & knowledgeable and will support you with safe detailed instruction at all levels of experience.
